The Saddler Oaks
Cluster Association (SOCA) is a nonstock, nonprofit corporation organized under
Virginia law governed by its homeowners and a three-member, elected Board of
Directors. Saddler Oaks is a community
in Reston, Virginia built in 1976, comprised of 63 townhomes. The cluster has over 6 acres of common ground
including a parking lot, a private playground, and heavily wooded common spaces
and paths. All Saddler Oaks homeowners are members of
SOCA and have the same privileges and responsibilities.
